Overview

The SA202 master modem is designed to provide either radio or wire-line communication between a polling master computer and remote telemetry units.

It supports the Bell 202 standard for 1200 baud FSK, bidirectional communication over dedicated simplex channels. Typically powered by 110 VAC, this unit has enough reserve to support most data radios.

Features

  • Bell 202 standard FSK
  • Front panel status indication of operation in a handsome bone color aluminum enclosure
  • Direct connection to data radio or leased line
  • Internal switching power supply; external battery connection
  • Full RS-232 host serial interface
