Carlson Software's AutoGrade

AutoGradeAutoGrade is Carlson Software's AutoCAD-based machine guidance product that is used on bulldozers, loaders, compactors, motor graders, scrapers, foreman trucks, and other related equipment in need of grade control. It enables heavy equipment operators to know their grade and location without the need for stakes and in severe weather conditions. Accordingly, when work is done at night, when a surveyor may not be available, production can continue with confidence. AutoGrade can even be mounted on a pick-up truck to provide mine foremen and supervisors with real-time position and height inspection capabilities. There is no need for converting site drawings; because, this product recognizes standard dwg files. Combined with Carlson's Productivity Tools, your process and equipment performance can be monitored and analyzed to gain advantage over your competitors.

Carlson Software's DrillStar

DrillStarDrillStar is Carlson Software's machine guidance product that is designed to work on drills in mining, civil, and construction applications providing cm-level accuracy. It enables drill operators to know their designed depth and location without the need for stakes and in blinding conditions. Accordingly, when work is done at night, when a surveyor may not be available, production can continue with confidence. A few unique features of DrillStar include: dynamic field design of simple or complex patterns; on-the-fly pattern layouts one hole at a time; real-time survey reports to office while drilling; and customizable lists to track anything possible.

Carlson Software's ProTools

ProToolsProductivity Tools, better known as ProTools, is Carlson Software's machine guidance performance analysis product. Your process and equipment performance can be monitored and analyzed to gain advantage over your competitors. ProTools aides in optimizing equipment performance by providing remote viewing of real-time or historic information for all of your earth moving equipment. Full 3-D playback provides valuable insight into how the numbers were generated for the user-defined reports, which allow for tracking any aspect, including push lengths and slopes, rehandle, and volumes per hour.

Combined with Telescope or SiteNet, real-time display of location, volumes, and other priceless statistics are made available to the office. Supported machine guidance products include: Carlson's AutoGrade and Leica's Dozer2000.

Carlson Software's TruckPro

TruckProTruckPro is Carlson Software's GPS-based assignment and tracking system for haul trucks. It enables dispatch operators to know haul truck locations and material types during transit, even in blinding conditions. TruckPro currently tracks operators, down times, delay codes, material types, load counts, cycle times, and delivered tonnage. The truck routinely broadcasts its position to the tracking system, such that routing can be modified and speeds monitored for different road sections.
